Store Policy
At Helluva Reptiles, every effort will be made to ensure you have an excellent transaction! Questions and comments are always welcome.
PRICING:
All prices are subject to change. Helluva Reptiles should be contacted to confirm any listed price. We will always honor any price that was agreed upon during the sale.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. All deposits/payments are non-refundable. All sales are final. Animals cannot be held without deposit/payment.
PAYMENT PLANS:
Payment plans are available. Payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit with the balance to be paid in full by 8 weeks, unless other arrangements have been made between seller/buyer. Store credits will not be issued for non-refundable deposits. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Animals on “hold” will be fed and cared for as usual with no extra charge to the customer.
SELLER GUARANTEES:
- Animals will be honestly represented, completely healthy, feeding, and properly sexed.
- Animal being sold/delivered is the exact same animal pictured in the ad.
- Live arrival is guaranteed to your nearest FedEx Hub. Buyer forfeits ALL claims of injury or loss if the animal is not picked up within 8 hours of hub delivery.
GENETICS GUARANTEE:
- Recessive (homozygous/heterozygous) animals produced here are 100% guaranteed
- Incomplete Dominant/Co-Dom genes in our animals cannot be 100% guaranteed due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos. In these cases, the genetics can only be verified completely through actual breeding trials. Buyers should understand the risk associated with purchasing an animal with a theoretical or presumptive ID.
SHIPPING:
- All animals are shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday using Reptiles2You via FedEx
- All animals will be properly packed and shipped in a new shipping box
- All animals are shipped in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
- Helluva Reptiles will never risk an animal’s health or well-being due to inclement weather or other known delays, as confirmed by FedEx. Therefore, Helluva Reptiles reserves the right to hold a shipment until there is no longer a risk.
Helluva Reptiles reserves the right to decline a sale for any reason.
